From my office in the heart of the Mid-City/Beverly Grove neighborhood of Los Angeles, I offer a kind and straight-forward therapeutic approach to a broad array of clients: from those merely seeking to enrich their day-to-day lives, to those seeking more robust intervention in mitigating harmful thought patterns and behaviors.
About Therapy
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
I use a variety of psychotherapeutic methods and collaborative treatment measures to help my clients explore thought processes and emotions in order to help them engage with some of the most difficult times in their lives. My therapy sessions are designed to aid in people making sense of their experiences, both good and bad, in order to develop a deeply personal sense of meaning. By fostering an atmosphere of psychological and emotional safety for clients, they can better assess their circumstances and see a healthy way through difficulty.

This is your therapy, at your own pace, in your own words. I meet you where you are, and together we walk through your experiences and how they have shaped you. We will also discuss a way forward for you and coping strategies to manage distress while you are out in the world.

My specialties include but are not limited to:
Sexual Abuse
Trauma
Masculinity
Post Partum Depression
