About Therapy
Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing
According to the American Psychological Association, “Psychologists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my clients are able to explore thought processes and related emotions in order to help them engage with the present in a more conscious and meaningful way. My therapy sessions are designed to dissect personal issues, both past and present, and provide clients with non-judgmental and empathetic support. By fostering an atmosphere of psychological and emotional safety for clients, they can better assess their circumstances and see a healthy way through difficulty.
